Return Eligibility
If you’re not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 3 (three) days of delivery.
Item Condition
Returned items must be in original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact Spiekeriesh directly for return authorisation before sending the item back.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a fault on our part (such as a defect or incorrect item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 (three) days of receipt. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, and it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued.
Refund Timeframe
Please allow up to 5 (five) business days for the refund to be processed after your return has been approved.
